Drive-in Test Cabinet is the cabin where all kinds of land vehicles can enter
and environmental conditions are tested.

Drive-in Test Cabinet is provided by creating the following circuits.

  • Cooling -45 C cooling circuit.
  • Heating +60 ºC special heaters.
  • Temperature stability: ± 1 ° C
  • The heating and cooling rate are on average 5 ° C / minute.
  • Humidification 20% Rh% to 98% Rh
  • Sprinkler MIL-STD 810 Procedures I-II-III and Snowfall can be added to the system.
  • Drive-in Test Cabinet is controlled by our own software, using PLC.

The Drive-in Test Cabinet can create a test cycle with programming, so customers can initiate a test simply by selecting the program.

It is aimed to perform performance tests of military and commercial vehicles in cold and hot ambient conditions under load specified in MIL-STD 810 standards, added fuel consumption tests, and running parts life tests. Together with the Drive-in Test Cabinet dynamometer, it provides ambient conditions where thermodynamic and aerodynamic tests can be performed.

Climatic test chamber

Climatic test cabinets are used to test the effects of certain environmental conditions on biological products, industrial products, materials and electronic devices and components.

The material placed in the Standard Test Cabinet provides the environmental conditions to which devices or components may be exposed. It is also used to accelerate the effects of exposure to heat change in the environment under unexpected conditions.
These conditions can include:

  • High and low temperatures
  • Sudden and extreme temperature changes
  • Relative humidityElectrodynamic vibration
  • Electromagnetic radiation
  • Salt water spray
  • Sprinkler
  • Wear due to wind and dust in bad weather conditions
  • Sun exposure and UV effect.
  • Vacuum Stratosphere simulation.

Production samples or components are placed in the cabinet and may be subjected to one or more of certain environmental parameters to measure reliability or determine effects after corrosion monitoring.
To create its environmental impact on the world, -80 ° C / + 200 ° C
Test cabinets usually have windows and lighting for sample observation or video can be used in special cases. Systems allow observation. Standard Climatic Test Cabinets can create a test cycle by programming, so customers can start a long test by simply selecting the program.
Thermal Test Chamber

In order to discover concealed weaknesses of electronic components, devices, and systems in the shortest possible time, test specimens must be subjected to multiple, abrupt fluctuating temperature changes.

With our ShockEvent Temperature Tests Cabinet, extremely fast temperature changes ranging from -75 °C to +180 °C can be implemented. The aim is to check the behaviour of the product when it undergoes these conditions. This allows you to reduce the incidence of early failures and increase reliability of your products.

Standardised temperature stress tests according to

- MIL-STD-883H, 1010.8, test conditions A, B, C, D, F

- MIL-STD-810G 503.5 procedures I-B, I-C, I-D - EC-EN 60068-2-14-EQV

The heating and cooling rate is on average 15 ° C /min and the test chamber heat exchange rate is 255 ° C/min.

Thermal Shock Cabinets are controlled by our own Software, using a PLC.
The test chamber is electrically transported from one chamber to another by a motorized worm gear drive system; this mechanism ensures a high transfer rate and significantly reduced vibrations as the sample is transported from one chamber to another. During the transfer, from the cold compartment to the hot compartment and vice versa for a large number of cycles, the sample is subjected to a thermal shock according to the set thermal profile temperatures.
Space Simulation Vacuum Cabinet

In order to be able to predict the behavior of aerospace equipment before the first flight into space, it is required to test them in the Space Simulation conditions.

Asess temperature vacuum cabinets accurately reproduce space conditions and make it possible to conduct such a test in a completely controlled environment.

Up to 1000 thermocouples can be used in the data acquisition system. Space Simulation Test Cabinet is provided by creating the following circuits.
Cooling We reach -180 ºC by applying 60000 lt/second and 200 bar pressure with the help of cryogenic pumps and by using a cascade cooling circuit.
The temperatures inside the cryogenic pumps drop down to -263 ° C versus 10 ° Kelvin by using helium.
Heating We reach +180 C with infrared heaters. We provide vacuum with 5 mbar Turbo Molecular vacuum pumps.
Space Simulation Vacuum Cabinet are controlled by our own software, the user interface allows you to program, control and monitor your tests at any time and anywhere.
Rain Test Chamber / Leak Testing System
We produce rain test chamber according to MIL-STD-810 Procedure I, Procedure II, Procedure III / NATO STANAG 4370, and AECTP 200 & MIL-HDBK-310 Standards.

Procedure 1:
Rain and Windy Rain It is the test applied for products that are not protected from rain and will be placed outside can be changed from stagnation to high level by choosing the accompanying wind speed. Rain amount minimum 2.90 mm/min. is used. Droplet size 2.70 mm

Procedure 2:
Exaggerated Rain This procedure stimulates the natural amount of rain, giving a very high degree of confidence in the waterproofing of the product under test. 3 bar spray pressure 24.50 liters/min. The water droplet speed is 86 km/h. Droplet size 2.70 mm.

Procedure 3:
Dripping It is only applied to products that are likely to be exposed to precipitation due to leakage on the upper surface of the tested product.

The rain test chambers are controlled by our own Software, using a PLC.

Walk-in Test Chambers

Your products must withstand different temperatures during use, transportation, and storage due to seasonal differences or different climatic conditions.

The Walk-in Chambers help you to test the influence of temperature and humidity on the properties, function, and lifespan of your products.
